Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Spicer Adventist University, we follow a transparent refund and cancellation policy for tuition fees, application fees, and other payments.

1. Tuition Fee Refund Policy

Sr. No. Percentage of Refund Point of Time When Withdrawal Notice is Received
1 100% 15 days or more before the last date of admission mentioned in the calendar of events.
2 90% Less than 15 days before the last date of admission.
3 80% 15 days or less after the last date of admission.
4 50% 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after the last date of admission.
5 0% More than 30 days after the last date of admission.

2. Examination, Admission & Other Fees

  • Fees for admission, exams, revaluation, and certifications are non-refundable.
  • In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be refunded within 15 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund?

  • Email csf@sau.edu.in with payment details and reason for refund.
  • Refunds will be processed by cheque.
