Abstract
The purpose of the research project was to find out the various reasons and factors for the decline of spirituality among the staff and students of English Boarding High School (EBHS), and laying out the principles which are helpful in building a Spiritual Master Plan for the school.
The research employed a descriptive-qualitative method. The data was collected through personal interviews and focus group which consisted of 10 participants: four females and six males.
The study has shown that there is no spiritual program in the school curriculum, and lack of unity and co-operation from the home and church. To have a spiritual growth and development, there is a need for strong spiritual administrators and leaders in the school and church. It is essential to realize the need for a Spiritual Master Plan which cannot be neglected or overlooked.
