Abstract
Considering the universal problem (Virkus & Metsar, 2004) of libraries not being able to accomplish its purpose, this study was to seek to explore various perspectives on the usefulness of a library. This study particularly focused on a selected university with a functional library. It explored the said concept in-depth, to hopefully provide a rationale for decision making in terms of enhancing this particular education service.
