Millions are vanished and disappeared into the air, is the story line ofa novel that is based on Secret Rapture theory. According to this theory Christ coming will be in two separate stages; first is secret rapture of saints prior to tribulation and the second stage is second coming with saints. To evaluate this theory the researcher has employed historical-theological method. Though the theory has been discussed and debated, still majority of Evangelicals and faithful Christians strongly affirm and preach it. So, the purpose is to analyse the major tenets of this theory and identify new developments. In recent years there are developments to the claim that the teachings of the rapture have been even before Darby which has been discussed in the historical section of the paper. The major tenets includesecret rapture of the saints, The Antichrist and the Great Tribulation and the church will not go through tribulation, have been evaluated in the light of Scripture. Careful study and analysis of Scriptural passages from the major Bible Scholars and theologians throughout the centuries the researcher affirms that the second coming of Jesus Christ is grand and majestic which is not invisible, secret coming of Christ.
