Day’s Scholar / Boarder(Hostel) Registration

Dear Students:

Offline classless are scheduled to start from 7th of March 2022. Therefore hostels will operational from the 1st of march 2022.

  1. Incase you desire to join the University hostel make sure you fill the request form and upload the necessary documents. Please make a confirmation with the Dean of students that you wish to reside in the hostel stating your name, Id. number, your approximate time, date and mode of transport of your arrival to the campus.  Accordingly, a room allotment will have made for you on first come first serve basis.
  2. The semester fees for boarder hostel and cafe fees needs to be paid up front (for the full semester) through the Associate Registrar for Student Finance Office.
    Dr Ramakrishna Rao (+91 9730618619) or Mr.Pronoy Gayen (+91 8308842868) needs to be contacted and he will share bank details and payment details with you.
  3. A Medical Insurance will have to be taken by you at approximate costs of Rs. 1,200/- premium for the coverage of one lakh medical claim. This process will be facilitated by the students administration.
  4. On arrival on the campus you must have a negative RT-PCR test result which is not older than 72 hours from the time you receive the result.
  5. Please note hostel regulations would change due to covid situation and you will not be permitted to leave the campus once you are admitted in the hostel. Campus leaving passes will only be issued for emergencies.
  6. Please have online payment facilities available on your phone, so that your necessities can be bought through the online mode.
  7. For precaution sake when booking tickets to arrival ensure that your tickets can be cancelled or postponed without incurring losses, this is in event of the government imposing sudden curbs due to covid restrictions.
  8. Foreign students who desire to return to the campus please make a request to Dean of Students office for a letter to your embassy for proof of admission for a full time course.   9. Foreign Students it is mandatory that you make contact with the Dean of Students office as soon as you arrive so that procedure with the foreign registration office can be complete before the 15 days’ deadline.
